something(one) to share of super bowl sunday

Today as you get ready for the Super Bowl don't forget there are so many orphans waiting for their mama and papa to rescue them.

Could you be their parents?
What if you post their pictures... maybe you could be a part of them finding their family forever.

As you prepare food to eat today remember there are children hungry and with little in their tummys. When they are fed it is on a care giver's schedule and typically rushed. I recently read a family blog (sorry I can't remember which one)....it broke my heart to hear about the mother's first encounter trying to feed her love. She was handed a hot bowl of mush/oatmeal to feed her babe, as she blew on it before feeding the child the caregiver took the spoon and fed the child quickly as to show her how to feed the child. Oh how that hurts a momma's heart to see her child being treated that way.

As you gather in a safe place tonight know there are sweethearts who do not know the true meaning of safety, family or love.

As you joke around, watching TV with friends remember these innocent children are listening to their only "friends" they know crying for attention, self soothing, hungry and cold.

As you tell your family goodbye after the game don't forget these kiddos have no one to tell them goodbye, hello, goodnight, what a great job they are doing, etc. They do not have family, well they did but they were told to give them away by a doctor....someone who is supposed to know best. These families are sadly uninformed and the result is many, many orphans with special needs left b/c their parents and doctors simply don't know what they are capable of.

Tonight take a break from the infamous commercials and share for one moment about these orphans who are so worthy of a amily full of love. We are their only hope and voice. Will you please share this today with someone?

Also go to Jane's blog and see the many other loves waiting for their families to rescue them.
