she's getting a family for Christmas!

Several months ago I was speaking to a friend about Reese's Rainbow, wondering why I haven't seen anyone from Louisiana adopting. I mean really, does it seem like there are concentrations in particular areas of the US, or is it just me?

Is it economics, educational reasons, or simply community support and awareness?

It boggles my mind how many of you amazing families are from Utah or the east coast (I know there are many more but I'm just sayin') and have made that Eastern Europe trip once or more to rescue your precious child/ren desperately waiting for you.

Shortly after that little conversation with a friend I hopped on R/R only to find a sweet doll who was being adopted from a family in Louisiana!! I've been hooked on her momma's blog ever since.

Paisley, a beautiful orphan girl has spent her days and nights her entire life in a baby house.

She had never been comforted, snuggled or read to by her family.

Her holidays and birthday were not celebrated with loved ones.

A little girl with so much potential, left by her birth parents and deemed unworthy by society because she was born with Down syndrome.

Until now....

Meet the Tam family, they have worked feverishly trying to get their little girl home where she belongs. This past week they arrived in EE for their second trip.

When she arrives home she will be greeted by many loved ones including her three handsome brothers. What a little blessing she is.

Today is their court day, please pray that everything goes smoothly for them and that their worries are calmed by our loving Father.

Paisley will never have to spend another day in the orphanage wondering if a mommy and daddy will someday come for her. Because she has them...

She now she will have a loving family to call her own.

Update:

The Tam's are finished with court....officially meet Paisley Ghislaine Tam ....
isn't she beautiful?

Whatcha waitin'on, go check out the Tam's adventures on: http://mudpiesandmoonlight.blogspot.com/
